Lich King's 2nd album, TOXIC ZOMBIE ONSLAUGHT, is modern east coast bay area thrash in the tradition of Exodus, Vio-Lence, Slayer and Lawrence Welk. In other words, you need this shit.

We also did a cover of Pendulum that was played on the show.

1. Cheesy Metal Intro
2. Attack Of The Wrath Of The War Of The Death Of The Strike Of The Sword Of The Blood Of The Beast
3. Office Politics
4. Thrash Resurgence
5. Black Metal Sucks
6. I Destroy
7. Predator
8. Cold Steel Machine
9. Toxic Zombie Onslaught
10. Lich King II

Yeah, I don't know if you've noticed, but metal's not especially rife with fresh subject matter. Judge by the riffs, not the hacky name.

HACKY McHACK ATTACK

Don't think it's meant to be serious. I doubt they take the name

Attack Of The Wrath Of The War Of The Death Of The Strike Of The Sword Of The Blood Of The Beast

seriously either.

Are all thrash metal album covers done by the same 12-year-old ADHD boy? Is it like a law or something?

Thrash metal has a few conventions in style with music, song titling, and cover art. Looks like you're not really familiar with thrash so I'm guessing it's not for you. Feel free to keep shitting on it though, you've had some really funny lines so far.

I consider myself a THRASH connoisseur.

Its not bad.....you have an " OVERKILL" sound...except for the drummer sounding like he is playing a plastic trash can lid.

I liked it.... keep thrashin.

Absolutely

Is this you singing?
For some reason it sounds like a mildly retarded version of Zach De La Roche, no offense.
Does anyone else hear that, a little De La Roche-y.

Also, not to be a dick, but is the goal of Thrash Metal to try to see if you can make every song sound nearly identical to the previous one?
I'm not going to lie, I hate Metal. Really fast drumming, singing while you inhale, and really fast strumming = torture to me.

That's me "singing". I never mind taking shit for my voice, because it's really pretty awful.

Also yeah, if you don't know / like metal, especially thrash, every thrash song's going to sound about the same. It's like me and jazz... I can't listen to that shit, I couldn't tell you what's good about it, I can't tell you the difference from one song to another.

Ooh, you're legit. Not that I'm a Kreator fan but you know the names. Don't forget Mass Extinction and Fueled by Fire.

What, you're asking me?? I know them very well, I just disagree. Not that much of a fan outside of UNDER THE INFLUENCE.

you sound like an Overkill cover band. yet you dislike overkill... thats really interesting..lol

Nahh, we get more comparisons to Exodus and Vio-Lence. Not that I'm saying we're on their level, but you're the first person to say we even resemble Overkill. I don't dislike Overkill either, it's just that they're not really my flavor. Venom, now... I dislike them.

I like these newer bands that are playing older style thrash (with the obligatory album artwork) checked you guys out the other day, pretty cool stuff.

Someone has already added you to www.metal-archives.com, so you probably will pick up a decent amount of fans from there.
