I called in with some Instant Feedback on Monday on the topic... and I'm gonna stick to my guns...
I don't know about the best cry, but one of the WORST ones I've ever seen is Ed Norton's at the end of American History X.

I know the boys are fans of Ed (I am too), and the movie itself was great, but you just can't deny that his crying in the final scene of that movie sucked shit... he just squnched his face up and started to whimper. That shimmering tear drop you see is probably water from the urinal that he's sitting next to. Hah.
