I was at the studio Thursday and asked Dave about live shows this week, and he said that R&F are on the same schedule as O&A this week, so yes, live shows Mon and Tues.

All I heard was the lawyers (of course, fucking up the fun for everyone every year) said that they gotta ask the mall if they can do it, and Keith asked the mall people, and they said no.

That one I just don't get. I mean I believe it happened that way, but it just sounds like a pussy move from Sirius XM to make them seem like they were cool with it, knowing full well no mall is going to give official approval. Kind of like when your dad told you to ask your mom if something was OK so he didn't come off as the dick.

Since when do you need to ask a fucking mall for permission to shop there? A permit to broadcast shouldn't be a consideration either. People reporting in on their cell phones doesn't exactly constitute a "broadcast".

why would lawyers be needed to put people on a bus and take them to a mall? there are buses that take groups of elderly people to the mall to shop every fucking day! and the bbboys have never broadcast live from the malls, they were always in the studio and would take phone calls from Steve or Danny who were escorting the homeless in the mall. again, it's the lawyers needlessly sticking their goddamn noses in places and rooning shit for everyone.
