It's basically a scrape-the-barrel type show, touching on stuff that the original left out. Stephen Lynch is in it every so often.

But I gotta ask...

Boy George, WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU SMOKING (besides the obvious)????? Check out the guy's makeup on this show... he looks like a fucking Star Wars reject!

I still crack up when watching my Beavis & Butthead tapes when Boy George comes on and Butthead says, "Look! It's Debbie Gibson!"

I hear ya... it seems like every time I tune into MTV they're showing the "Real World/Road Rules Challenge" or some other crap that I could give a fuck less about. You gotta do the satellite TV or digital cable thing to get pure video channels these days.

Beavis and Butthead was the best show MTV ever had!

Back in the ancient days, MTV used to be a pay chanel with no commercials, (and they only had music videos).
But that's when if your cable bill was twelve bucks it meant that you had HBO and Cinemax, Now it costs almost fifty dollars to get just the basic service.

yes nothing will ever replace the hours i spent watching b&b . wish they had come out with that box set instead of not releasing it and only offering it through time life. dicks.

I will just watch the tapes until I have a way to convert them to DVD myself. You know Time Life will have to edit out the offensive parts, like the word, "Fire," after that white trash kid set fire to his mom's trailer and she blamed it on Beavis & Butthead! If she was watching the waste of sperm like a "good" mother should and not off smoking crack on the other side of the trailer park, it would have not happened! But this is America and we should sue someone for our own stupidity. She should have been arrested for Child Endangerment and had her children taken away from her.

HOw about the State, i rememeber i brought this up before, but watching I love the 80's makes me think of how great the show was... damn MTV sucks now..

I don't think MTV got rid of B&B, Mike Judge felt he needed to do more important things like "King of the Hill"

^That's what I heard as well. MTV wanted to keep it running, but Judge didn't want to.

I just have to know where did they get these toys and food from the 80's?? how many ppl are trying to find it for their own personal collections and these ppl are just scarfing down pop rocks and snausages like it was M&M's. or the V dolls? I am sure there is some sort of collectible ppl out there and wanted them instead.


but yes the WHAT THE F moment of VH1 next decade of the 2000 will be about Boy Georges top!

I was watching the '89 one earlier and they did a spot on the dancing flowers...one of teh guys was like "Berlin Wall came down this year. I think you are vastly overestimating teh cultural impact of these things."

Pretty funny actually.
