On the serious, I actually liked the caveman commercials. Hated the series it spawned, but liked the commercials.

I've grown to dislike the ads...mainly based on the fact that it's ads I see daily, and that's obnoxious. Had it been ads I see less frequently, I probably would've taken a more liking to it. But I actually find esurance.com slightly more annoying and the Progressive.com cashier chick extraordinarily obnoxious. "Or this big, tricked out nametag." Die.

The ad agency behind the Geico ads are brilliant though because they certainly found a way for just about everybody to know what Geico is and what they do. They also did the Johnson Automotive commercials here in Raleigh with the badger, which is actually pretty funny.

I HATE the cavemen, but the insurance commercials I really can't stand are the Progressive ones... Specifically the one with "the tricked-out name tag" line... ugh!

But the worst commercials on TV to me are those annoying freecreditreport.com ones. Not to mention the product itself is very misleading (it ain't exactly free)...

The ad idea is brilliant. They have two commercials in one. It is just a 30 second commercial, and most of the time it has two 15 second spots. They get twice the exposure for the same amount of money. Pretty well done I would say.
