Anyone remember this 90's sitcom?

I know it was on one of the Premium channels because there was some nudity and language.

The premise was this middle aged man and his family living in an upscale LA neighborhood. I think his job was a hollywood producer or some shit. He had a slutty daughter and a slutty spanish maid who would fight over any dick that walked into the house. They both had huge implants and were hot. The son was a wigger, back when Rap and R&B wasn't that popular with white kids. I can't remember the name of this show.

I don't think it was "Dream On". The setting was NY, the lead characther was a book editor who loved TV, and I don't think he had a daughter or a maid.

The lead character was a balding white fella with glasses. They were rich and I remember the blonde offered the balloon knot to alleviate the main characters impotence in 1 episode. I remember the slutty maid and the blond with big knockers. The title escapes me.
