WASHINGTON, Nov. 10 — The Supreme Court said Monday that it would decide whether foreign nationals can use U.S. courts to challenge their incarceration at the U.S. military base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, the first cases it will hear on the Bush administration’s war on terror.

Fuck them. They're terrorists who refuse to abide by the rules of war. They forfeited the right to be treated as soldiers or POWs. Their goal is a world-wide Islamic theocracy with no freedom, where the death penalty is applied for minor violations of archaic religious law and women are considered property. Yet here they are whining that their rights are being violated. It's a joke. Let them rot in Guantanamo forever.

I say they really deserve a fair trial... Then they should be beaten to death with a large club! It's only fair.
