Anyone have any idea who I can contact as my 20+ phone calls to support have gone to no avail. I paid for a 1 year subscription on my XpressRC in October of 2008 and figured everything was good. At some point in February my account was switched from a 1 year sub to a lifetime I sub. I received a bill in March and called and someone said they would take care of it....well needless to say I received another bill in April and called and so far have been getting a bunch of crap. Two weeks ago they shut off my radio and say I owe them money. I keep calling and calling and they are refusing to make this change....they just want me to pay them $399 and don't seem to care about the fact that I have already paid for a year.

I told the customer service guy I was done with them....I want to email someone higher up and see if i can get some help otherwise I have to say I am done with XM.

Sirius has better support. Go buy a Sirius unit and get the Best of XM package.

(This is assuming they're still separate. They were 6 months ago when I last called.)

No dude, listen you need to call the DC hq, ask for the vice president of customer service. Be nice, explain your problem and they will help. When the operator answers be persistent, if you end up in a vm, dont leave a message just call back. You should reach the executive call center whose job it is to fix problems.
