Ive had a copy for a long time and am going to start using it on Monday. I did half of the first work out just now and ouch. Am i out of shape. I knew this before but this program wont be easy.
Anyone else ever try it?
Going to take before and after pictures. Will post the before picture later.
Im sure it will take more than 90 days to....... be satisfied. But im ok with that.

Its a pretty brutal system especially if you are new to exercise.
You might want to find some of his 10 Minute trainer series of video to use for a few weeks before diving into p90.

I'm 2 months in and it ain't easy, but works like a MoFO. You HAVE to be ready to push yourself physically and know what you're doing food-wise because the nutrition plan is kind of vague, but I've lost 25 lbs and have gained a lot of muscle. This really works IF you can hack it. an hour + EVERY day and eating right............ Good Luck!

I have wanted to get it for a while, because I have heard nothing but amazing things about it. Is it a 7 days a week workout?
My workout plan right now is to lift 5+ days a week. 2 of those days being circuit training and I just added a 3 mile jog twice a week.
good luck bro

I own bothe P90 and 10 minute trainer. P90 is brutal and an hour+ a day is too much for me to handle. But if you had to lose some weight its gonna work with a good diet. I do the 10 trainers(which turns into 30 min) 3 times a week and keep me in shape.

I started the P90x on Easter and have been doing it consistently. Amazing workout but extremely brutal. Especially the first week or two. I've been "loosely" following the diet. Already seeing some results
