They might not have the rights to WNEW material anymore since they no longer work for CBS radio. As far as I've know, Opie's point of view on the whole thing is that the WNEW era was made to be more than it was because of the amazing bits that people heard, and there are a lot of them. However, the average day to day show was not as good and usually a lot of filler.

It's probally a combo of the drama with managment and the fact that the Howard ads started.

No live show means less listeners and lack of Howie getting his ad out there to O&A listeners.

It's a safe bet that the boys will be out Friday also.

As far as "free" Howie week goes, to me anyway it seems that Howie is desperate for new listeners. He ran off all his former loyal fans with his shit and now needs to regroup.

Hell Hoo Hoo may take all of next week off! So his free preview may just be his rerun's!

Im ok. I really was lucky tho. I used to drive a sports car and hit a work truck. The bumper mangled the whole front of the car and i woke up in an ambulance. If i was going faster i wouldda ate windshield and truck bumper for breakfast. Like i said i was fucking lucky.
