Possible Summer Event??

Sounded Like Dice, O&A, Jimmy, and Kenny wanted to set something up for Augest in NYC. Sounds like a concert/ Comedy thing at a club. Could be really fun. I have seen a lot of negative things about Dice on this board. I think, a lot of people are pissed off about the past. Its just the way dice is. But, if you ask me, Dice knows what show he clicks with well, and that's O&A. He has always felt like he could be himself on the show. And he saw what O&A did for his kids already. Was he on Howard's show at all this week? I know he will probably show up on Howard again, not trying to start a radio war. Just sayin'. He kinda goes where he feels comfortable. A list of good comedians, with some tunes from dice's kids, and O&A hosting the party... I dunno, sounds like fun.

I know its not the traveling virus, but we have something for this summer :D

Dice's comedy hasn't been funny in a decade. He does make a good guest though because he's a goof. I have no desire to see him. His kid's band is impressive for their age, but again, no desire to go see it. JMO YMMV.

So after he mad an asshole of himself he is O&A buddy.......I liked dice my whole life,,,But...Trumps shit roooooned him... If O&A save him... cool.

If its a low-key event, I'll suggest "The Bowery electric" (formerly remote lounge). two floors, small stage downstairs...upstairs is a bar. If I were Dice, I'd want the kids to play in that basement cb/gb'ish environment before a big room.

Bowery Ballroom would probably cost too much to book on short notice, and is probably too big. but maybe the band could do both in a week.

I was never a huge fan of Dice's comedy but he turned me around a little bit when I saw him at Jimmy's Down and Dirty taping for HBO. I liked his set alot from that and if him and O&A team up for something I would definitely check it out
