I'm not an "O&A zombie".

I don't just mindlessly like and follow everything they do. Their rant last week was accurate and the fact that they are taking one of their vacation days today doesn't change that. They are the "workhorses" in comparison to some of the other, more heavily promoted shows on the platform. However, that doesn't mean they aren't entitled to vacation time.

Now, obviously, this wasn't a planned vacation day just for Opie to go to the Open (since it was supposed to end yesterday) but how are we to know it wasn't taken for another reason? We don't. And quite frankly, I don't personally care.

They took a day off. Big deal.

Really? Taking a day off to see the last day of the Open= taking every single friday of your contract off, taking months and months of vacation time, and getting paid an absurd amount of money to do it?

That being said, I wasn't happy when I turned on my radio & saw "Worst Of", but I got over it, didn't waste time calling them names.

i'd never want to do a podcast or a youtube blog because i have enough trouble as it is speaking face to face with people, lol.

unless i'm completely scripted, i'd never be able to pull it off. it's always uncomfortable when people just talk about random shit and post it and they're searching for the right things to say. especially if they're bitching about something, haha. so awkward.

That's my problem with the site. There is no momentum. It's just a lot of lolligagging around until someone props or adds you. You get momentarily excited and then it's back to posting songs.

The part I like is hearing new shit that's being posted by people. I've discovered Girl Talk, Spinnerette, and a few others.

What's annoying me is some mother fucker is reblipping a bunch of my songs but deleting the @ part so he's taking credit for posting the songs. Shit head.
