MONTREAL - Two Grade 7 girls were "encouraged" to leave their school after they were caught charging money for a public kissing session in the school cafeteria.
The 12-year-olds charged boys $5 to watch the lunch-hour show late last year.
The father of one of the girls said his daughter was basically expelled for her actions.
"She was thrown out of school," the unidentified man said after calling a CJAD phone-in show.
"She wasn't allowed back to school. She was told she had to go to a different school."
The man said the girl's parents agreed to get counselling for their daughter.
The students apparently got the idea for the kiss after watching Britney Spears and Madonna kiss during last year's MTV awards.

Don't worry, I wouldn't go within 20 feet of either of them.

Because the absentee parents of today don't care. Television is the babysitter, etc, etc, etc.
Remember what Charles Barkley said:
"I am not a role model" and "Just because I dunk a basketball doesn't mean I should raise your kids."

my sister is a teacher shes only 28 and she teaches at a school from 5 to 14 year olds and she has told me tons of stories of shit like this that has happened but the worst to date is of a 12 year old girl that was caught in the boys washroom giving a hummer to a 13 year old boy. I live just outside toronto and after reading this story thats peanuts. ive been to her school and seen her kids and all i have to say is our future looks bleak.

I've related this story before on the board, but it is worth repeating again.
My brother is a school teacher at a public middle school. He teaches 7th graders. One morning a few years ago during one of his "idle periods" (time when he doesn't have a class but still has to be there), he decided to straighten up his classroom a little. He went to the janitor's closet downstairs to get a bucket and related supplies because he wanted to wipe down the blackboards or something. Well, he opened the door and two of his students were inside. a boy and a girl. The girl was on her knees giving the boy a hummer.
He was completely horrified, slammed the door closed and told them to come out after they made themselves decent. He took them to the principal's office, briefly explained the situation, and made it clear that he wasn't going to be the one explaining this to their parents...
We're talking 7th graders, 11-12 years old.
