Since PTI and Around the Horn aren't on this week, I think it's literally on all afternoon, everyday.

I like Cowherd, and this Michelle Beadle is pretty attractive and seems to know her shit.
It seems like she tries too hard, but that just makes her more cute.

I like things with polls, and interaction...

As for Cowherd....I go back and forth between loving his radio show and wanting to punch him in the larynx. Tried watching his show and just couldn't get into it. I see this one dying a rather speedy death once football season starts. Then again, we are talking about ESPN so it will probably be on the air for 10 years.

ESPN 2 has nothing to put on at 4ET, I'd rather a live show than another repeat of NFL Live.
There's nothing worse than NFL Live when it's not in the season...

There's a reason why I don't like "interactive" sports shows, especially poll-based ones like Sports Nation.

Most sports fans are fucking retards.

If you listen to any sports talk radio show, most of the callers are imbeciles. They're either kiss-asses of the host (whether or not he deserves it), idiots, or both. And remember: these are the fucking morons that got through a call screener to get on the air. There are also all the fucking idiots who don't call, who don't make it through the screener, etc.

Why the fuck should I care about what Sully in Massachusetts thinks about SEC college football? What the fuck does he know about it?

And as far as I can tell, that's what the show is: one long, continuous discussion not about sports but about what retard fans think of sports. I don't go to a stadium of 65,000 people because of the 65,000 people. I go there for the football game on the field. I like the fans that situation, but I'm not there for them: I'm there for the fucking football.

Tell me a good story, give me a good interview, give me a good in-depth show and I'll fucking love it. If ESPN wants to do an hour-long show that doesn't cost too much, give Mark Faranuwata (sp wrong-the guy who broke the BALCO case and works/is horribly underutilized for ESPN now) his salary and let him go out there and break fucking stories. E:60 is a great fucking show IMO, along the lines of Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel on HBO, and some more stuff like that would be great for me.

If you like Sports Nation, good for you. I wish you all the joy of it. But it ain't for me.
