For the duration of this series, I want to make it perfectly clear that I hate each and every Yankee fan. It's nothing personal, but I'm obligated to hate you all and your dirty team.

Despite how much I hate the Eagles, I usually have no beef with the Phils (or the Sixers) but this week, I says fuck you all! I just hope after the Yanks win in Philly they can get to that tunnel from the stadium back to the Holiday Inn without the Philly fans hammering them.

I very much enjoyed Jeter smashing Ken Rosenthal who did like all media and focuses only on the negative. He brought up how the Yankees haven't been to the WS since 03 and haven't won since 00. Jeter looked away in disgust and said, "Thanks for pointing out the negative." Fuckin media sucks. They do everything they can to bring people down in a moment for celebrating.


That was a great moment and I'm glad Jeter didn't sugar coat his repsonse. It seemed that both Rosenthhal and Kenny Alberts spent a good portion of the post game interviews bringing up negatives.

The whole sports world expected the Yankees to win this game and the series. The only reason the media "experts" picked the Angels was to get people talking/screaming at their screen. A pre-game show consisting of "well, the Yankees are about to kick the Angels' asses" would have been far too boring.

I don't give a fuck about the motive in doing so, it was still fucking laziness and incredibly douchey on his part. I expect that kind of shit from John Kruk but not someone like Grace.

I can't believe I'm doing this but I'd prefer Suzy Waldman's get it all out and gasp for breath in between sentences technique. At least she dosen't space out the sentences like crazy.

Me too. If AJ was supposed to pitch, I would have been more for it because he's kiond of hit or miss, but Andy is one of the best big game pitchers ever. I had total confidence he'd come up huge.

I was making a statement more about all the experts, not specifically Grace. I just quoted your post because it happened to be the one I was looking at. I'm a big Grace fan and was disappointed he didn't have a bit more to substantiate his point.
