The local news just did a story about this which was pretty interesting. Several years ago, a local sports agent came up with a form that athletes could have someone fill out and sign before they engaged in any kind of sexual activity to cover their asses (so to speak) against false sexual assault charges, etc. Kobe could have used one of these.

The actual contracts are hysterical. You just check off the different options and it generates one for you. I might print one of these out for my chick so she knows what I want and expect. :liljim:
