I'm hoping this isnt the way this works but i would assume all you would have to do is block the signal from the towers Thus stopping the brodcast.

You got that from this pic? There should be a series of repeaters all over..I don't think it'll be just one.

Not to worry. The repeaters are only for backup in the center of the city. In most cases the signal isn't going through the repeater, it is coming direct from the birds. In this case there is no way to be blacked out. There is currently no way that Sirius can block out customers from the NYC market and not others for just one show or stream.
