Does anyone else follow F1?

I watch it a little bit. I can't say that I follow F-1 closely, but I do watch sometimes. It's pretty cool.

Bahrain...soon brother...I'll be awake.

I'll watch an F-1 race if it's on and I'm not busy, but
I don't follow it like I do NASCAR.

It's kind of like Nascar except the cars are "really" fast and they make rights too.
Ohh I forgot the courses are actually challenging..
Insert F'n smiley here.

I don't like the times that formula one is on but i tivo them and watch them. I only wish there was more passing like in nascar or the IRL. I watch nascar every week. Nothing can beat the type of racing in nascar. Formula one is second though.

I agree about the passing thing..

I will watch Nascar if it's on.
But.......I remember when they were actual cars. Stock cars. Not tube frames with body shells and it was very entertaining.
Nascar in the back of my mind is a kind of mutation and the real stock cars are still on tracks everywhere. dirt and tar.
If you've ever been to a race live...there's nothing like it.
I really want to go to Montreal and see the F1 race this year.
All racing is good...F1 is the top.

the biggest thing hurting F1 in the states besides the crappy tv deal (1am races) is the lack of an american team or driver. but i enjoy all the politics and "sopa opera" antics that go on in F1. Go JPM!

It's all about marketing. Nascar was nothing til they got
better coverage on radio and tv. Plus, yes, it is touted
as an Americian racing sport.

red bull has the search for the next american F1 star but thats probably at least three years away, if u figure in f3000 or what ever the "minors" of F1 are called. But ill stick with JPM for the time being, he is the only driver in F1 with a real personality

well surprise, surprise another win for Shumi. I really hope he retires after this year. he is too good and his absence will make the F1 more competitive. A great job by jenson button grabbing another podium, this time P2. and my boy JPM with third. JPM looked a little pissed after he got taken to the wall by Shumi but hey thats racing buddy. and McClaren is still fucked with only 5 points in the constructors cup. time to scrap that shit car and start over. next stop Barcelona on may 9th.

Monaco is juan pablo's track, but id would never count out Shumi. I am also fast becoming a Jenson Button fan. I hope he can get a better ride than BAR Honda.

No six wins in a row for Shumi, how about a DNF instead. HA-HA. i dont know what he was thinking break checking on JPM like that. Congrats to Jarno Trulli for his first Grand Prix win, and congrats to Renault for their first Monaca win. This was definatly the best race of the year so far. And Jenson Button grabbed another podium finish, this kid definatly has the stuff to be a super star in F1.
