I still don't understand when TV does it...in the fall an hour has to repeat itself...but when.
In the spring an hour gets lost, but the schedule doesn't show it.

eh, i have had the worst weekend for sleep in a long time. i had to be at work at 4 am yesterday, couldn't sleep after work yesterday, and lost an hour last night. i am going to have to take a day off just to catch up.

yeah daylight savings time bites, now i cant get to sleep because my body doesnt know we're an hour ahead. but i definitely feel it when i wake up at six and my body thinks its five!!
