With all this new shit I have to do, Grizzly posted a link to a page I had not seen before. Many may have known about this site for some time, but it is NEW to me.

I guess Anthony's girlfriend had and old geocities site she use to post personal pictures of Anthony on, now Grizzly posted this link to the new site (http://www.radiosanthony.com/). When you go there, there are a ton of great pictures... many of which I haven't even checked out yet. It even has pictures Anthony took using his new camera phone on their field trip to Washington.

I am just suprised how hush hush it has to be. It must be contractual or something. If not, and they are going to satellite, you would think they would tell everyone as soon as possible. Since it is a new median, as well as something people may have to pay for / get new equipment, some advance warning could allow more people to save and sign up. I think it is something like 55 days left, so I am sure we will find out soon. 45 sounds like it could be a magic number.

I also think ken stevens, their old boss now works for Sirius. As well as many old WNEW employees. I have always thought XM would be choice #1 since they are way bigger that Sirius. Either way I am going to get a new receiver for my car.

I think the secretive nature of this whole thing has to do with the fact that they are talking with both companies and wouldn't want to tip their hand.
By the way, did you notice XM stock, which has been down for a couple of days, went up right after the picture of O&A at XM was posted?

There was also another picture in that series... you added an "8" and I added another number "9" and it was a similar picture to 8, but in "9" Anthony is smiling a little better, check it out...

There seems to be no other images after that. This could just be site seeing pictures and nothing more. I think their taking pictures in front of things like this just for speculation purposes. Keeping people from going with any satellite system, before they officially announce it.

When (if at all) was it made public that the bbboys talked to XM?
I recall a discussion with Sirius was made known, but never XM.

As far as trying to play down the XM pic, by posting an Arizona photo-op, there's 2 big differences...
#1- Ant's wearing a visitor's pass in the XM pic (which, at the very least, deflates the idea of JUST a pose at the front door sorta thing).
#2- Now, according to articles that have been talking about the pic, an XM spokesperson admits to having talked with them.

I'm sorry if this sounds like crazy kooky conspiracy theory junk, but how often does a spokesperson for a company comment to the press, over JUST speculation, especially if it could only help their stock by not commenting at all?

All the pics that were on the phone were uploaded...Trust me when I say that this was not a publicity stunt....Those 2 pics were not supposed to be released..It was just a batch upload off the cam.......I'm not going to say how I know this and who told me, but please trust me when I say OnA and those close to them did not want those 2 pictures out there.....But remember, that doesnt mean that they signed on with XM....I am try'n to clear up the "Brave St" stuff and the "other" onatrix site and their associated clips to see if any of that stuff...ALot of speculation that those two came from O an A also, so I am looking into it...If I hear anything I'll let you know....

Well it certainely created a "buzz" ..and by the time the people "whos place it is" to decide what info gets out and how, found out about them,the pictures were pulled..a bit too late since they are everywhere....I really don't think it did any harm...but they are being very careful now...well I had no luck finding out anything on "brave st" or the other onatrix....i wasn't able to pry any info out....just was told "can't say what they are or arent doing"...So as far as those 2 matters go, the specualtion continues....Sorry guys..I tried....The answers are coming soon though....

I'm a bit aggrivated that some places are saying the photo first surfaced elsewhere.
FMQB says DCRTV (http://www.fmqb.com/Article.asp?id=22912), and another fanboard said Foundry.
I posted it here (and only here) cuz this board is up to date. Everywhere else seems a few steps behind, or completely outdated.

And by the way, I've emailed Inside Radio a buncha times, asking them to give a name to that "xm spokesman" quote, and they arent replying (http://www.insideradio.com/topheadline.asp?ID=200627&PT=Today%27s+Top+Stories).

Oh well, I tried. :/

Here is a pick that a friend of mine emailed me today. The title of the pic is "SiriusStudios.jpg" and if you look really close to the monitors in the back right of the pick you can see what appears to be the Sirius logo. Now I know anyone could probably doctor a picture like this up in Photoshop but it's curious nonetheless. Which is the real picture? Or are they both really good fakes?
