I held my tongue because I wanted that over analyzed thread to be locked up. However, I didn't like the negative spin you put on the end of that topic. The idea we were all scammed from this "unknown fan" is so fucking far from the TRUTH and you guys know it.

This whole thing has been a Foundrymusic thing from day one. You guys found that lame geocities site with no links attached to it, and seem to know there was audio clips to follow for some reason. Even though it looked like another lame fan page, YOU made us believe we had to pay attention to this piece of shit for some reason.

When the site netted actual audio clips that seemed to be material that only the boys would have... yes... we all got sucked in... me as well. Foundrymusic is made up with people connected to the show, so I trusted they would not end this thing on a negative note. I was wrong... because it ended with this...

It looks like the final update has been made to that
lousy Geocities site (http://www.geocities.com/oa2k4) The first thing you notice is the following image of Al Pacino from The Devil's Advocate and caricatures of the O&A crew:

If you're QUICK enough, and you click on that little television icon immediately Hear this clip (http://www.foundrymusic.com/braincandy/displaymedia.cfm?id=8409) which confirms exactly what we thought all along:

I always put up with all the advertisement on your site, because you guys always brought us the best O&A material... however when this whole thing ended with a push to your merchandise page... I felt completely violated. How the hell can you guys take such pure O&A audio and create such a nice buzz about O&A's return and end it with a fucking advertisement for YOUR merchandise. WORST ENDING EVER!!!

In conclusion... FUCK YOU FOUNDRY FOR YANKING OUR CHAINS FOR A WEEK... then trying to blame an average listener for doing it... yes you guys sure know how to orchestrate a wild goose chase... I could have done without the whore like plug at the end, though.

There were some indications that it could have been made from a past person on the show so that is why it blew up like it did. I don't believe Foundry has anything to do with making the site because foundry has never done that sort of thing before. Foundry is very reputable when O&A/R&F/etc are concerned.

I think I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, and sorry my post was so hostile. After discussing this with several people from the O&A community, I see there may be someone else I didn't know about. I thought you guys were blaming me for this thing and I got a bit defensive.

Foundry Jeff gave me a very respectable reply, and I would like to thank him for that... (and for the friendly *tussle* :biggrinfl )

Feel free to delete this thread after the weekend, so others can at least see I do NOT blame Foundymusic for this incident anymore, but get rid of it eventually so it does not shine such a harsh light on the great site of Foundrymusic.com.

Thanks again guys for having the BEST damn message board around. I still enjoyed those audio tapes who ever the hell created them... I just wish it would have had a better ending. It was like watching a great film that had a real fucked up ending. You just have to remember how much you enjoyed the entire film... and forget how bad the ending was. I am still so psyched about the boys coming back... shit like this is only going to be a small footnote in the great scheme of things that are about to happen.
