well sox have won six out of seven and right now it looks like there going to take seven out of eight with a sweep at yankees stadium.

how do you yanks fans feel about the mistake of picking hitting over pitching?
I mean a-rod was a great shortstop and now has been moved from his position to a less gooder player..............

while the yanks pitching is not up to par with boston's, i don't think it is all that bad. brown has been pitching very well, moose is a great pitcher that has to get his act together, and the bullpen has kept the yanks in a few games. as far as the yanks loosing 7 out of 8 to the red sox, it hurts because of the rivelary, but it is still april, there is still plenty of time for this team to wake up and play good baseball. i honestly think that the yanks will will the division and boston takes the wild card, or the other way around. either way it is all going to depend on how they play in october... not april.

I know my luck with this team.. I do have faith in them.. but they always do great in the beggining and then when it is time for the playoffs they fall apart somehow.. Im hoping that is not the case this time..

I completely agree about this being so early on........but we don't have nomar right now so when he comes back we should be even better. I don't see Baltimore at this point continuing to win games too.

the only real sports are boxing and now that tyson is tattoed its all over.
boxing,ufc,pride the early stuff is great.no rules just right.

football-action is a bit to stop and go for me.
hockey-stick around for fights but otherwise dot dot dot
socer-i know its unamerican but those riots in england.man! chelsea! chelsea!
baseball-slowest dumbest sport around.and the pitch....ho hum...and the pitch is still going....hell has frozen over.....strike one!
basketball-(not to be watched with youre racist freinds who will call it millonare bad word ball)great action but jordan is gone.no fights....usauly.
golf-not the way they do it.im thinking rooftop beer and car windows,now thats golf!

and now... off to get verbly beatn to pulp.

I don't see Baltimore at this point continuing to win games too.don't get me wrong, its a discrasefull how the yankees have been playing, and the sox have been very solid. their pitching is scary as a yankee fan, they have a great shot this year. however its a very long season and way too soon to count anyone out... even the mets.

yes its still early...and of course guys like jeter will not be hitting under the mendoza line all year....but you still want to win these games. these could give the sawx a mental edge, later in the year, they've been missing.

I was so pissed last night when Oritz had 2 strikes, bases loased and the ump calls strike 3 looking. The overhead shot the ball was at least 5 inches off the plate. ARRRGGGHHH. With the way he's been hitting there was a good chance for at least a couple of runs.
