I really do like Hopkins, but I would like to see De La Hoya beat him. But, in reallity there is no way De La Hoya can beat him if he cannot even beat Mosley. I will not make a prediction, because I am hoping for a miracle, but the 6th round sounds about right.

De La Hoya did NOT win that fight. Props to Sturm for weathering the early rounds and then beating the shit out of De La Hoya. It's too bad a future big money fight can get in the way of a fair decision. I'd be more pissed but at least it will be good for Hopkins, perhaps the most underrated fighter in the history of the sport. How many asses does he need to kick to get his due respect. How many fighter have actually have stepped up and beaten EVERY fighter that has challenged him when they have challenged him. (Unlike Lennox Lewis who did everything possible to catch fighters when they where young and inexperienced or old and way past their prime) Well Hopkins may not get the respect he deserves but at least now he will get the money he deserves.
