With labor and collective bargaining agreements looking inevitable for the NHL, the WHA has resurfaced. Bobby Hull will be the commissioner of the league, and they already have about 6 teams slated to play this coming season. Does anyone think that if the NHL does lock-out again, the WHA will survive (again?). Several NHL players have stated that they will play for the league if in fact the NHLPA and the owners cannot come to any agreements. Bret Hull, Jeremy Roenick, and I believe Brendan Shanahan have already stated this in the Hockey News.
