Alright, this is the only way i can vent without going next door and punching this assclown in the face, but fuck you neighbor. This guy is such a cocksucker, i wish he would die. I still live with ym parents but am moving out in a week or so and cant wait cuz this guy drives me mad. LAst night i got home at about 4am and there were two cop cars parked in front of my house sitting there, so i park and get out, they immediatley turn on their flashers and make me get back in my car and give me a sobriety check, which i passed cuz i wasnt drinking. And there is this fucker in his window watching and the cops say they had recieved complaints about me coming home drunk nightly...which is absolute bullshit. Sure i come home late, but rarely am i remotely drunk. I'm either at my girlfriends, or worked late. So, as i'm walking ujp the driveway after getting my apologies from the cops i hear this asshole say in his stupid voice "Maybe that will teach him not to come home late and drunk anymore.", I nearly lost it, but shit....i want to kill him. And thats not all this moron does. He writes editiorial to the local newspaper complaining about us...saying how our dog barks, which he doesnt at all...maybe once if he wants to come in. He says my dad works late hours in the garage with his power tools and keeps there handicapped son awake...which again, is untrue. And if it keeps your stupid crippled son awake fucker then you should take the kid to a group home or something because working in the garage til 9 at night isnt a crime you fat goofy fucker. Furhtermore, the stupid shit gossips to the neighbor about my girlfriend staying over everynow and then....likes its any of his fucking business....Fuck you, i hate you, i hate your wife and sadly i hate your stupid crippled offspring, i hope you drive your handicapped van off a bridge tonight dumbass. If i didnt have patience i would have pummeld your ass months ago and beaten your stupid fat little head. Why did you have to move in here? The neighbor hood was great until you and your stupid family moved in. QUIT THROWING YOUR SHIT ON MY LAWN, QUIT WRITING YOUR STUPID LETTERS TO THE NEWSPAPER AND QUIT CALLING THE COPS TELLING THEM I'M A DRUNK DRIVER OR ELSE I WILL BEAT DOWN YOUR DOORS AND BEAT YOU UNTIL YOUR WIFE HAS 2 HANDICAPPED PEOPLE TO TAKE CARE OF. I agree with all of them. I have a lot of law enforcement in my family, but in nj. If you are supposedly making noise, They can't offically bitch to the cops until 10pm. As far as having cops waiting for you, that's just bullshit. They're at your place when someone across town might really need them. PLEASE!!

Yes in NJ the noise ordinance is 10PM...anything after 10 they can fuck with you. As for waiting for you, I don't think that's legal. If a cop is driving behind you in NJ he can't "legally" just run your plates...he needs probable cause or something suspicious (expired tag sticker, partially covered numbers etc).

i would call a lawyer if i were you and file a case against your neighbor and the police. they should not have made u submit to a sobriety test, they had no probable cause to do so.

Also, try and do some research on your neighbor. He must have some kind of police, or local government connection to have those cops there. Also, if you were already on your property, there was no just cause to test you. You could probably file a complaint against those cops too.

Doesn't matter if he was on his property or not as long as they seen him driving on a public road, also its a little bit safer to have him in the vehicle where they can control the situation thats why they told him to sit back in his car.....

True...but if someone called about a person who might be DUI then the police have the right to investigate the allegation...... in any case if this idiot keeps calling the cops on you for this the cops will eventually catch on that this guy is a wack job.

Not really...it just takes one phone call to the police to report a DUI and the cops going to have to come out and investigate it.
