My IE got hijacked and it was a total pain in the ASS. F those faggots that do that shit...They really do stink. I have since got mozilla is that safer than IE, I know some on this board have been praising it for a long time.

dude I tried spybot, adaware, hijack this and still had to reset to factory settings...

I have to agree...my PC here at work gets jacked all of the time. I run spybot and ad-aware everyday at least 3 or 4 times and I still get those damn ads. This crap is crazy!

I got the Norton Personal Firewall after being hijacked. Haven't had a problem since.

I have a little program that will remove some stuff that adaware, spybot, spysweeper and the rest wont remove. I found it on a computer tech board. I had problems with a person's computer here at work and was ready to pull my hair out. I was at their PC everday cause of that Hijack stuff. Another good idea if you are running Windows XP, go in and turn off the system restore feature. If anyone needs the program, Id be more than happy to email it to them. These pigfuckers that come up with this hijacking stuff should have a red hot poker in the leather cheerio.
