FU to DC Traffic

I am getting really sick of commuting from Rockville to Leesburg every day. If I take the ferry, its at least an hour, if not more, because lately they are taking their sweetass time getting across and for some reason i tend to get stuck behind hay trucks/construction trucks going 15 miles per hour for 5-10 miles (its a 30 mile commute). So i decided since I left at 7:00 tonight to take the beltway becasue traffic SHOULD be gone by then but NO... Right at Democracy, just as usual, traffic stops so i take democracy to the backroads and it took me 1.5 hours.

I fucking hate trucks. On my way to work, I have to pass theough som industrial streets and the fucking semi drivers have no clue how to drive and enjoy cutting off every car they can.

And whenever I leave early as well, I always seem to be even later than I would have if I had left at the normal time I usually leave at.

I'll be in Rockville this weekend. My wife's family lives in Rockville, Fredrick and Kensington.

I hate the traffic in the DC area. Drove in it once, never again. Now, whenever I go there I usually stay in College Park, MD and take the Metro into DC.
