You send me a phone that doesnt work...and because you've already sent me a replacement I have to wait 3-5 business days for a new one? Thats just terrific. FU! Now my weekend is screwed! I will be out of the loop...you sons of bitches. I wish nothing but numerous kicks in the groin to you and your families

most of the time, i am ok with Verizon...good reception, the bill isn't THAT bad, etc. but every once in awhile they do stupid shit like that.
or, you know...tell me that my plan is EXACTLY THE SAME just with a new homebase and then CHARGE ME $100 in long distance fees because i don't REALLY have long distance like i did on my old plan.
sometimes i just want to strangle their fucking service reps because i've only talked to ONE who was competent enough to answer my question or fix my problem correctly, and i've talked to them a lot.
in short, i echo your FU to Verizon. :icon_evil

Here in Ohio, our reception sucks unless you live next door to a phone tower, so I'm stuck with Verizon.

wow ive never had a problem with Verizon unlike with other carriers. Did you go to one of thier shops for service. I smashed my phone in a door once and they replaced it right there while i waited. i also have great coverage never a dropped call.

My gripe was that my phone died. They wanted like $340 for a new phone. My contract was up in like 2 months and at that time, they'd have given me a free phone (with another contract). I just wanted them to hook a brother up with a discount. I still would have paid something for the phone.
I ended up buying a brand-new-in-box phone on eBay for like half of what they wanted for it. And it's a genuine Verizon-model Motorola T720C. The bonus is that I am no longer under contract, so if I get the urge to tell them to go F off, there is no penalty.

I had the identical thing happen last month..
Mine is up in Oct..
I ended up buying two phones...
My wife's phone kept shutting off and mine was run over...long story..
Thier answer was buy phones...end your contract and pay the ridiculous fee..or wait with no phone till Oct..
I argued that if I signed for two year contract from the end date of the present contract it would be the same as if I waited and they didn't budge..
In fact he asked the next person in line to step in front of me..
He was stupid enough to test my phones by dialing a direct number at his desk.idiot...

/nuff saidMy kid has Nextel. Only problem is, he has alot of "holes"
around here. He keeps losing signal where I don't.
I got no bitch about Verizon, they work well for me.
