What times will the show be on?

I've been hearing a lot of conflicting info regarding show times. Can somebody set it straight for me? What time will the show be on in NY? I know it's live from 6-10am, but what about after that?

"west coast" repeat in the east. They just have to
be up at 3am to get the show live.:icon_wink
