Guessing by the reaction from nick and keith on TC no one was supposed to talk about it. When asked if he thought Dr. Phil was overexposed Norton responds: "Dr. Phil is so over exposed, starting November 5th he's gonna get his own talk show on Comedy Central weekdays at 1130"
