i just signed up yesterday for xm and then pre-ordered 202 for ona online. but when i try to tune into 202 it goes back to the channel i had on before. is this suppose to happen?? thanks in advance

lol i duno... i had it all ordered a month ago... but yeah when i change to 202... it just has ~~~~~~~ and goes back to the original channel... i reckon itll work once 6am comes around... it better f'ing work

You should be getting it now.

Try going here and entering your radio code from channel 0.
http://xmradio.com/refresh

Then give it 15 to 20 minutes and you should be OK.:action-sm

yes don't wait you should hear the ungagged special on 202 for like 70 th time or some number. I do now miss that loop guy though

If you hear nothing, refreshing will not help, you must call XM!!!

I had this problem, when I ordered over the internet they turned on my radio, but never turned on 202 for like 2 weeks!! I had to call and remind them!

I resolved the problem on 2 of my Roady's with a refresh.
It's quicker and easier than calling. Try it 1st.
If it doesn't work call. If it was put into the system,
a refresh will bring it up faster sometimes.:icon_wink

Well, I hope it works for him. I tried the refresh first, and no change. When I called, the lady said "oh yes, I see here that you pre-ordered, but we never processed it."

Makes me wonder how long they would have waited if I hadn't called.

But if it was , then a refresh will work.

im gonna have to get up at 6 and call the listener care line because its closed now sun 8am to 8pm m-f 6am to 2am. im gonna miss the first minutes but ill listen at 2pm to hear what i missed from the morning.

No... you can go to refresh.xmradio.com and put in your radio ID... No need to wait for the mimimum-wage customer service fucks.

Looks like im gonna be missing the whole show. I tried activating my radio last night after, after tech support closed, but it wouldnt work. I called right at 6 this morning and they said it just wont work ("technical problem")...and someone will call me back in the next 24 hours to try and fix it!

I'm so pissed I'm missing this now!!

They told me 48 hours and I bitched until they put me on the phone with a rep. The rep told me that basically they're effed. They're telling people to wait just so they can sift through the shit. Just to buy time. Don't put up with that shit.

I did end up getting mine on.
