I bought my Roady2 from Best Buy. I recieved a rebate for a Roady home kit. Have you recieved it in the mail yet?? I bought in when O&A first announced them going to Xm and its not here yet. It's been over 9 weeks.

Bought mine at BB...status is 'fulfilling reward'. So hopefully I'll get it soon. Pain in the ass brining my other home kit to work, then back home every day...

I called XM on thursday to ask about the home kit problem they told me that they realize there is a problem it is on the Delphi side and the guy asked me for my info again and explained to me that Delphi asked XM to help with the free home kit problems they guy told me that i should now recieve the kit within a week .. so if you are having problems call XM and regive your info and you should get it

Will this make a effen difference only time will tell. But he was aware of the rebate issue and said what he was doing would get my kit released faster. I gave up and bought a Home Kit from Best Buy, $39. Comes with a sweet remote. I'll give XM a call though, can't go wrong with having a backup antenna. Thanks for the heads-up.

As with any other rebate or mail in offer, they hope you either just don't do it or forget about it.

Damn I see guys who sent in the rebate in July/Aug and they still didn't get theirs? That's Wack/bag big time. I bought my Roady2 from Amazon.com and paid $104.00 for it. I got it that Thursday before the bbb-boys hit the nation. But the receipt I printed out and sent with the rebate 2 weeks before that and thought maybe, just maybe I'll get the kit before they went on. WRONG!!! Thank god I went to BB and bought the kit they had for 37.00 with the cool remote. Imagine If I had waited I would have been in the car all the time listening. Which I don't do because I catch the replays at home. Ah shit I'm just rambling on. I'm a waste. Good looking but a waste.

I bought my roady 2 in early august from CC. STILL haven't got the home kit! I just use an ac adapter from radio shack and my armie antenna, and I get O&A on every single radio in my house. Just like before, hell yeah.

Still waiting on mine purchased right when the promo from BB began. I was at BB today and asked the blue shirt about the home kit. He said they can't keep them on the shelves.

They did have probably 200 Roady2's hanging all over the place - great to see as a stockholder :)

I got my home kit thru the rebate about 11 weeks after i sent it in.. not sure why i got it since everyone else is still waiting.. but the fuuny thing was i got my home kit the same day i had to send my roady back to delphi bec it was defective. so i had a home kit but no radio for about 10 days. I would suggest you call them and keep complaining. These CS departments really stink.

I called XM a month ago to get the ball rolling again and finally got my Home Kit yesterday. Now I have 2 as my patience wore thin and I bought a kit from Best Buy almost 2 months ago, glad I did though because now I could'nt live without the remote :icon_mrgr

I keep them in my work kit so I don't have to take everything apart at home when I go to work.

in the mean time went and bought a dc converter from radio shack 50.00 ughhh
1/8 to rca cord 5.00
a modulator universal adapter 25.00 and an extra antenna for 35.00
