3:50-4:30 “Dice Capades”
Just caught the end of this great bit, which they replay in the 6:00 hour. Drew Boogie Dice-Baby mix segues into Ant as Dice promoting his new Ice show “Dice on Ice” or the “Dice Capades”. Riffs for a while about the toe loop, and Dice”s favorite event the Plowcow [Salchow]. They had to bring out the Zamboni for all the “mule-juice”. Very funny bit, more on this later. A couple of callers call in with the new “bang-bang” bit they stole from Boston. Ant very amused by the stupidity of this feature, I gotta admit it is funny. Some British guy told Norton that the show appeals to “13 yr. Olds”, so Ant and Norman beat up on England for awhile. Norton’s shows are selling out fast. A caller says they added a Friday show for Philly. O&A tell him he has no self-esteem, which he admits. Waiting for upside-down yellow discipline girl to arrive in 25 min. “Blowing the Fuzz” feature and Break.
4:40-4:56 “Hilarious songs and antics”
They come back riffing on Nortons commercials for his Yellow Discipline Tour. Gallagher jokes for awhile turns into Norton saying he’s gonna smash cancerous body parts with the mallet. “ Make sure you bring a poncho”. Play the commercial for the Odeon in Cleveland, which has Jim sounding really pissed off. Back to his self-esteem problem again. The Godfather calls from Buffalo to play them the commercial from up there, after 4 tries and numerous Godfather jokes, he finally gets it to work. At the end it says to come hear the “hilarious songs & antics” of Jim Norton from the O&A show. The boys have a field day with this, calling him “Potato-Top” and comparing him to Weird Al. When into the studio comes Mario Cantone. Oh god, Liza impressions right off the bat. Caller names Norton “The Flabby Fog” after Torme. Cantone plugs Carolines Sun & Mon. More show biz crap into a review of the new Britney movie. Apparently no talent at all, go for the 1st 20 min.s just to see her in underwear, and then get out! Caulk jokes for awhile “ hey I said caulk..”. which leads into a discussion of Greta Von Sustern’s new face. Norton says she looks like a Bass. The boys try to change the subject to the Olympics, but MC changes back to some VH1 movie. Change back again to a discussion about the French judge which leads into a full-blown diss-fest on the French as cowards. Enter Frenchy. Ant & Frenchy go back and forth for a long time about how the French surrender at the first chance, and the Italians are greaseballs etc. Ant tells Frenchy to go cook for a Nazi, Frenchy asks’s if he’s coming to the restaurant for dinner. Ant sheepishly say he’ll be down tonight. St Michel in Bay Ridge (??). Cartman calls in and he and Mario have a Cartman battle for a long time. This is the funniest thing Mario does. He does the best Cartman.
Voss calls in from England. All his material is new over there they tell him. He got booed for selling his CD’s the night before. They seem to have a lot of British listeners now, their all calling in to bash Voss. He’s a good friend of the show tho’, even put a WOW sticker on a double-decker bus, and took a picture. Voss hangs up. It looks like the Yellow Discipline girl’s not coming. More awful gay impressions, and stalling for the Vince McMahon call. FU line-> Break

Intro Vince’s call with clips…I guess Hulk is coming back for the PPV on Sunday. They ask Vince about looking at Steph’s cleavage and ask if saw her nips? He say he didn’t. The clips are up on Foundry. Talk about NOW for awhile. VM says that the Hulk is in great shape, Ant hopes he doesn’t break his hip. Shane on hiatus for awhile. Goldberg not coming any time soon. Vince plugs the PPV some more, and then leaves. Some wrestling jokes for a little while, MC Loves the Rock..big surprise. Oscar picks for awhile, and they switch to who’s the best Retard in the movies? Consensus seems to be DiCaprio in Gilbert Grape. Back to Oscar pics/MC plug fo Caroline’s again. Replay the bit of the week. “Dice on Ice” Ant riffing on Dice as a figure skater. There was a skater (Timothy Gable) who looked like Dice, and Ant went with it big-time. They did the whole program with Ant describing the program as if he were Dice. The funniest bit I’ve heard in a while. With the music in the background, Dice describes his toe-loop,quad,salchow etc. very funny. I’m sure they’ll replay it soon..Tape it!! “ I’m Handsome, watch me jump the midget”.
