"A Superior Court judge sentenced a former private-school teacher to four years in prison for hiding a camera in a heating grate of his former Dover Township home to videotape a girl naked in the bathroom... [Judge James N. Citta] spoke after the victim's mother read a letter from the victim in which she referred to [Robert Johnson] as 'the boogeyman under the bed.' The victim, now 20, testified in June, outside the presence of the jury hearing the case, that it was she, at age 14, who was depicted nude in the bathroom on a videotape viewed by the judge. The victim discovered the videotape on July 15, 2001, when she was 17... [Her mother] described how they could no longer live in their home, where the videotaping had occurred. They quickly sold the house and moved, taking none of their belongings with them."
