I think I'm going to get to this one. The day before Thanksgiving means no work to contend with the next day! Much more gooder.

Have yet to get my tickets, but I think I will be attending.

As for meeting up earlier, if it is chow you seek, we could do the Chilli's about ten minutes West on Hempstead turnpike in Beathpage, or go five minutes east, there is that huge complex by Jillions that has lots of options.

one of you guys like the riblets from applebees? those things are a disgrace. my brother works at applebees and i wouldn't eat those things even if i can get them for free. they stink.

yes, chili's has bloomin onions.

if you're going to this and don't have tickets yet, i recommend you get them soon. i was just there monday night and was reminded as to how small the place is..

The place is very small, you should get tickets in advance. I have a feeling it will be a sold out show, a lot of people have already been down there and have bought their tickets.

I have my tickets my son is with the ex. And no fuckin Howie Mandel to mess it up this time. BTW his Journey band is excellent the singer voice is frighting close to steve perrys

If you can take mass transit to NYC, you can take the LIRR from penn station right to the venue, it's across the st from the trainstation.

Yeah Steve, if you can get to Penn, it is a one train ride from there. You get off at the Farmingdale station, and the club is across the street.

The last train home from GCT for me is 1:20, that keeps me from going to a lot of comedy events because I hate leaving early.

Very. Expect your ID to be scanned. They are doing this at most bars or clubs out here on LI.

I might be going to this, I really hope it isn't sold out.

Stop by Looney Tunes where today's band Point Blank will be giving a free concert before the Downtown show. Showtime 7PM. Plenty of giveaways, including a ton of WOW stickers!

Point Blank will be shooting for a DVD, so a few WOW's wouldn't hurt!!!

I thought they scan it so they can send you shit in the mail? its not a verification thing is it? I mean they look at it to make sure its good then grab your mailing address...

It's usually too chaotic to collect addresses. They'll usually only scan it if they doubt it's a real ID. I'm not sure how things go down in LI though.
