"A man who testified against child killer Charles Jaynes says he'll kill himself before he'll testify in a wrongful death suit filed by the 10-year-old victim's parents against NAMBLA. 'I believe that Billy will commit suicide if he is forced to testify,' his therapist said in a letter presented to a federal judge yesterday in a bid to block his deposition. William 'Billy' Pellegrini claims he was ----- by Jaynes and was so traumatized after the 1998 trial by media portrayals of him as Jaynes' lover that he became suicidal and unable to work... Pellegrini can directly link Jaynes' cruel attempted seduction of Jeffrey Curley to ideas generated in Boston meetings of the North American Man Boy Love Association, according to Curley family attorney Lawrence Frisoli."
