Noon to midinght on AMC they are holding a Three Stooges marathon on New Year's Eve.

I think this will win out over the Twilight Zone Marathon that Sci Fi is having on the same day.

The Twilight Zone Marathon starts 8:00 am Friday morning and ends sometime on Sunday morning.

The Three Stooges Marathon is just noon to midnight on Friday.
