But I was flipping through channel when I saw Mel Karmazins picture on Imus' show. Right after, Don says "This is for Opie & Anthony...you know Im a big supporter, particularly of Opie, but dont call me. Dont be stupid. I want them to do well...but just dont dont call me."

If Imus said that, and it sure sounds like him, then I would bet we will not be hearing him on O&A. He claims he is asked to be on shows like Larry King, Hardball, and Tim Russert all the time and he accepts pretty rarely - and those are his "friends" who come on his show all the time. No doubt he likes the bbboys, but he is old and cranky and wants to be left alone after his show like Johnny Carson.
