Has anyone used the Manage My Account feature at XM's site??

I had gotten one of the $49 Roady Opie and Anthony deals, in which the radio arrives pre-activated. And when I try to log into the Manage My Account feature at the XM site, it brings me to Step 1 of the radio activation process. But my radio's already been activated, I don't want to re-activate it. Has anyone had this problem?

I tried to call tech support and the guy was a complete jackass that could barely speak English. He was getting pissed off at me cuz I kept saying "what did you say?", "huh?", "could you repeat that?". So he just told me to send my problem through the Contact Us feature, which I did, and I hope to get a response sometime soon...I hope. I also tried searching xm411 and wackbag, but came up with nothing. But I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to gain access to the account.

I called XM customer service and they set me up, the radio is activated yes but at the same time its not...its confusing just call back till you get someone that speaks english.

I called twice and spoke to two different golfers in customer service they both told me it was "Fixed" .

I then called a third time, the person I got transferred me to a web guy who said "it's fixed now, log in again in three minutes"

I waited five minutes and it still didn't work. So I waited overnight. It still didn't work. So I used the XM "contact us" form from the website, and sent my problem that way. I included my radio ID, my email address and my password. I got an email the next morning and everything was good.

I used a similar promotion (Best Buy Employee acommodation) for my SkyFi's.
There's a new one out for a myfi, not free, but $200. I'm debating buying one or not.
