February 7th 2005 – Live from Mardi Gras - Day # 1

Show Open
• Rage opening seems to go on forever, as they test out the mics to see if they are on the air yet. Finally their voices can be heard, and Ant says the opening of the show wouldn’t be the same without an opening cluster fuck.
• They start talking about Tom from New Orleans. Op says that he is already offering them drugs, and telling them he will take them to a strip club where they can get BJs. Ant says he smells of Brut and Beer, and Op says that his teeth look horrible, but don’t smell as bad.
• They say that they have already run into a lot of fans. Ant says that this time they are not as drunk as the last time that they broadcasted from here. They start talking about Ben, who sneezed and got food all over his face. Back to Tom, Ant says that he is a professional with the beads. Op says he notices that the beads are being thrown harder at the black girls by someone on the balcony.
• Tom comes on air, and Ant says he is already tanked.
• Talk about when they landed in New Orleans, and Kenny being able to clear a roadblock for them using his badge. Ant a.k.a. Anthony “Howard Hughes” says he has not left his room since he got there, because the streets there are disgusting.

Op talks about the side roads that are littered with puke. They talk about the people that they have seen so far, and Ant says they look like the people on “Real Sex”.

• Op brings up them watching the Superbowl in an Irish bar last night. He said that Master Po had to protect Ben from getting beat up because he was jumping up and down every time the Pats did something good in the game.

Jimmy says that Ben was emotional watching the Pats win. They agree that the commercials really stunk this year, and that the Paul McCartney half time show was really boring. Op says they keep getting distracted by women flashing in the crowd.
• Brother Joes’s Linda McCartney song into break
Break
• They talk about Tom again, being in the middle of Bourbon Street with a hurricane. Ant says he say that there were six murders in one day on the news there in New Orleans.
• Billy Mack on the phone, to talk about being in Jacksonville at the Superbowl. He tells them it was the worst down there. He also says he talked to Jay Mohr while down there, but won’t answer any questions they ask him about who he was with
• They talk about Martini Steve’s pimp hat, and Op says he felt guilty because he told Steve to stay and drink after they left him at a bar, then Ben called them later to tell them that Steve was passed out in a rocking chair. Ant segues into a live commercial for Vermont Teddy Bear.

After, he says he can’t wait to go on the message board and see people complaining about the live ads.
• CSK comes on air. He says that Tom is getting to the annoying stage now. They talk about breakfast joint that they went to where the waiters were cross dressers. He also talks about seeing brown stains in his bed, that he thought were shit stains, but he rethinks it and decides it’s got to be the chocolate mints that he was eating last night.
• Ant brings up having breakfast, and that he was talking to Op’s brother Brett and that he and Ben had to pay a $200 beer tab. Ant says that Op has an obligation to pick up the tab and write it off as a business expense, instead of letting his brother pay it. Op also talks about booking a flight for his brother, and because it was last minute he got the worst seat.
• Ant talks about his chick going in the bathroom, and seeing a chick run in the bathroom trying to apply a tampon.
• Ant’s Martini Steve song into break

• Back from break, Op says they will be having a bead war with the next balcony in about a half hour.
• Jimmy’s complaint – in his two level hotel suite, there was only one soap. Op says it hurt a little, when he realized that Jimmy had a two level suite. Op says he will send the nastiest letter to XM, because Club Soda Kenny needs to be taking care of the travel arrangements. He has to share his room with his brother, and his brother has to sleep in a cot.
• One of the exotic dancers comes on mic, and Tom tries to molest her.
• Caller – calls in with a blindsided plug for Jimmy.
• They talk to the dancer a little bit more, and it turns out she was the same stripper that Ant’s chick saw in the bathroom.
• Track from Jimmy’s “Yellow Discipline” into break
Break
• Op says it’s getting ugly with the beads. Jimmy said Tom is an idiot because he is throwing O&A cups at people.
• They talk about the CBS Sunday morning interview, and play some audio from it.
• Op says the quality of women is improving
• Audio – Ant doing Charles Carrault “ Montana Crotch Rat” into break
Break
• Op says Jimmy was angry at Tom during break, because he is still throwing cups at people downstairs. Op says that there will be a fight between CSK and Jimmy soon. Op says Jimmy just hates Tom. Tom licks Jimmy’s head again. CSK sounds pissed, and asks Jimmy if he wants him out of there. They tell Tom to go take a breather.
• Tera Patrick, porn star, calls in, but they can’t hear her at first so they have to put her on hold.
• Ben comes on to explain why Tom from New Orleans is involved with them broadcasting. They send CSK down to the streets with a mic to interview people. They start talking about how Master Po, and how he was explaining to them how to make a dangerous weapon with a piece of paper.
• Back to CSK and his on the street interviews, they can’t hear him, so they just let him do the interviews and pretend that they can hear him.
• Christopher Reeve Parody song into break
Break
• They get the wireless mic to work, and then CSK starts talking to the people on the streets. They start throwing beads at whichever girl he talks to.
• They start talking about the Michael Jackson case, and video that shows little Webster dancing for Michael. They also talk about a report that Jacko tried to check into a hotel with Webster.
• They play audio from Geraldo Rivera’s exclusive interview with Jacko, and they goof on it.
Break
• They talk about what they are doing after the show.
• They do another Vermont Teddy Bear live read.
• Tom from New Orleans comes back, and brings a stripper for them. They talk about how messed up he is.
• CSK comes back on, tells some jokes.
• Martini Steve comes on air, then they wrap the show up
