Try this open source one, The Gimp, basic tools, works.

ACDsee...a good picture editor for web applications and all around use. I rather use ACDsee instead of Adobe, I hate how you can't browse through pics well and with ACDsee you can very easily

photoshop cs has the browser that lets you browse all the images in a folder or multiple folders.........

paintshop pro is a decent one as well...much much cheaper. I think they offer a free trial download to check out. (prolly could find it in the above mentioned locales as well)

Ha, someone downloaded it at work to use for serious stuff. They also dl'ed Premiere Pro and a load of effects filters. I got it all before IS deleted everything...
