can i make my pics smaller

I am a total computer illiterate, could someone please tell me if i can make pix i already have smaller?

You need some type of photo editing program.
Photoshop, M/S Picture-it, ect.

how do i put a pic inside my sig?

Your User CP has a place for editing your sig.
You need to have it hosted on the net somewhere
and then you put in the address of the pic in the
box that will appear when you click on the "insert image"
icon above the reply box. ( the insert image icon looks
like a picture of mountains and the sun.):icon_wink

Any free picture editor will have a resize feature . . . do a Google search for "freeware picture editor" and you should find plenty.
