O.K. Im not giving out nor will I post any website about this AND IN NO WAY AM I CONDOING THIS.
With that said,,,,,a friend of mine had been planning a family trip (he has two young children), he really wanted to take them to London as oppose to Florida or some other tropical place to give the lil kids some culture (they need it). However he has a HUGE fear of flying, in the past he's dealt with it by simply avoiding long flights, which has been easy since he works from home mostly and the only travel is by car. Anytime he's taken vacations they have been up north to ski and a few times he flew to Florida with the family, he dealt with that by booking the flight for the evening and having several (lol) drinks prior to boarding and on board as well.
Long story short his doctor will not give him Valium or other meds that would make it more than bearable for him because of his substance abuse past. He ended up hearing about online meds and looked into it. He found several Canadian sites which you could order non-prescription meds from no problem, but with prescription meds you had to have a fax sent to them. Then he found a certain international site where you can order certain things (valium being one) with no prescription.
I asked if this was legal and he said from what he read that it is because you are ordering from countries where a certain drug is over the counter and as long as it's shipped from that "legal" country there is no problem. Well he got the meds and landed earlier today a bit shaky but the valium did it's thing for him:clap:
Anybody else know of anybody doing this.......

It's probably legal somehow, but I figure it's more of a trust thing. You don't want to order Valium or Viagra or any other drug and not be sure where it's from. The only way to test it is to try it.

Yes, it is legal. Federal law allows you to import up to a three-month supply of any medication (even ones not FDA-approved for use in the US) as long as it's for your own personal use. The only exceptions are things that are specifically illegal here; you can't import a "personal supply" of heroin, for example.
Now, Customs will sometimes impound the stuff as being "counterfeit", the idea being that FDA can't allow the risk of Americans ingesting some Indian-made off-brand if the real thing is already available in the US. However, it's rare that they catch it (the pills are usually shipped in such a way that it appears to be a personal letter), and most of the overseas pharmacies agree to reship for free if your stash gets impounded. The Pill Cops certainly won't show up at your door and haul you off, in any case. At worst, you'll get a letter in the mail from Customs saying "Tough shit, buddy."
That said, you do undertake a certain amount of risk buying generic pills from overseas. Not so much that you're going to order Valium and get back battery acid pressed into pill form, but the quality control in those third-world factories tends to be, uh, lacking somewhat. Just as an American generic version of Valium or Xanax tends not to have the same kick as the brand name, the overseas generics are often even weaker. So it's a bit of a crap shoot.
And yes, buying gray-market drugs over the web is very common.
Really? Maybe I am naive but I thought these types of websites would be a scam.

They'll send it to you, just watch the card you use for any unauthorized use.

i have a friend who ordered, received, and enjoyed some fine muscle relaxers from an oversea site. there are a few good websites out there where people post their experiences with certain overseas sites and a number of them are legit. just be sure to do your research first.
Not that I am planning on ordering anything but...how would you know it was legit?

It is not legal without a prescription.
When you bring meds in from over the boarder in Mexico, you must show them the script the Mexican doctor gave you.
You also have to worry about state laws. The state troopers in Texas will wait a few miles up the road from the boarder crossing pulling people over they think have brought over meds. There is no federal law stating you cannot bring them over the border, but there is a law in Texas which says those Mexican prescriptions don't mean shit. So once you get a few miles into the state, they pull you over and you get to go to jail.

I used Froogle and had no problems with what I ordered (BAC) from a couple of providers.
I shop on price and shipping cost.

It's a gray area, will he get caught? Most likely no.
Is it a possibility? Of course.

That is probally correct. I used to know someone who would FedEx themselves a ton of pills from Mexico. They never had trouble once. But I am sure sooner or later you will get caught.
I'm not into that kind of stuff but I'd be too chicken sh-t to try it even if I was.

I'm diagnosed with having adhd (who hasn't been or wouldn't be if tested:rolleyes: )
i used to take ritalin but then they changed to atterol and I have to say atterol was allright, then my doc put me on strattera which is a fucking bullshit drug when ur used to atterol or especially ritalin.
i got the info on the site he ordered from and ended up finding ritalin for order=considering it but i'd rather find a site with atterol because it's more of a trusted product and works better than just a pure stimulant (methalphendate) which ritalin is.

That's the problem with good doc's is that there hesitant to give out prescriptions because of the U.S. and our laws,,,,,my dad is a very well known doc in boston and he used to prescribe me my meds and even he was questioned about it,,,granted he knows enough people that word never got out but still...boston is the worst place for docs to work because of all the bullshit laws going on with drugs:rolleyes:
But damm you have to moniter what you take you can't just "pop pills" like D12:icon_cool im sure you have a system going where you take them every so often the same time of day, otherwise watch out. I've heard some horror stories of bleeding ulcers, stomach bleeding, puking up well...blood. Eat and eat and eat if you taking that much pain meds:)

I don't abuse my meds at all. If anything I take too little, maybe half of what the Doctor prescribes.
I know all too well what happens when you take too much. Been there, done that.
Pain management has been under attack by the government. Which is never a good thing, IMO.
All drugs should be legal. However, one has a responsibility to know what one puts into their body. Consult a doctor or do your own research.
