Ecstasy of gold in the afternoon, a 3 to 7 show? What’s going on here? Enough of this palaver - cue the rage!
Show Open
• Opie welcomes everybody, and he says they can’t hear Ant yet because they haven’t hooked his headphones up yet. Finally Ant gets on, and he has to take Jimmy’s mic. Op says that Anthony looks very nervous today. Ant says he will be close to where they are broadcasting, at table 14. He doesn’t know yet who will be at his table. Ant notes that Vos has just joined them where they are broadcasting. Op says that the casino is in the middle of the ghetto, and they got lost on the way there. CSK had to pull over and ask for directions at a bodega.
• They talk about the rain in Cali, and the mudslides caused by the rain. Ant says he can’t believe they are freaking out over rain. Op talks about all the stuff he saw on the news, like a tiger that was roaming around the hillside and was killed.

Op tells a story of hiking and seeing warnings about mountain lions. Op says everybody was predicting rain while they were there, but it’s sunny. Op says Jimmy is losing his mind because he doesn’t have a mic yet.
• They talk about the venue, and Op says it is bigger than he had expected.
• Ant talks about his strategy, and Op says he will be observing Ant so he can tell how things are going with him. Op says he would never be able to play poker, because after a hand he would need to know what the other player had. They keep wondering when they will be able to get Jimmy on mic, because he still isn’t on. Ant says it’s like the old days with just him and Op talking. Op says Ben was telling him a story about a radio duo that broadcasts from different places, and Op says Ant and him are about a few months away from that. Op says Jimmy is livid about not getting a mic yet, and that he used to be like that but he has given up. Ant says he will be doing the show for about 2 hours, and then he is going to play in the tournament.
• ***Teaser Alert*** - Joe Rogan will be on the show. Op says hopefully he can finish the story he was telling on the show before that got cut off by the end of the show.

Ant says they used to be feisty like that, but now they are like beaten horses. They try to get another mic on, so that Ben can get on air, but it doesn’t work.
• Deacon Jones joins them on air. Jimmy asks him for a picture, and he shows them his Super bowl ring, which Op tries to run off with. He explains to them that he has lost weight recently, for health reasons. They also ask him about steroids, and he says he believes steroids help make you bigger but not better at whatever sport you are playing. Jimmy asks him if he is a golfer, and of course he doesn’t get the O&A double meaning. He also talks about doing a guest appearance on the “Odd Couple”. Jimmy starts throwing Op under the bus by saying that Op is trying to call Deacon old. Op reads an article in the paper talking about Deacon. They show Deacon Rich Vos, and tell him that he is a big star, but he doesn’t recognize him. Rich says he thought that Deacon was Lou Rawls. Op tries to set Vos up, by telling Deacon that Vos wrote one of Chris Rock’s famous bits, because Deacon says he doesn’t like Chris Rock’s language.

• Ant says they just lost Jimmy for a minute because he was running around looking for celebrities. Op says Jimmy has three priorities – hookers, pictures and then the radio show. They talk about Deacon Jones, and how good he was before.
• Op says he has to give props to lil’ Jimmy, because he gave his first class seat to Martini Steve because it was his birthday. Op talks about watching The Grudge on the plane, and Jimmy says that CSK was annoying a woman sitting next to him.
• Kelly Packard, from Baywatch and Ripley’s Believe it or Not comes on the show. They talk to her about the old Believe it or Not, and about her poker strategy. Ant says he just hopes he isn’t the first one out. Jimmy does his friend gag on her, and then his arm hair gag.
• David Stein, from the World Poker Radio Show, comes on next. They talk to him about the tournament, and his strategy.
Break
• Back from break, the founder of the World Poker Tour joins them on the show. He tells them how it started, and he talks about the best strategy to approach the tournament with. He also talks about gimmicks, like “The Unabomber”. Jimmy gets him with the friend gag.
• Rossi from Junkyard Wars comes on. The treo causes interference again, and Ant says he is going to smash it. Rossi says that his strategy is to drink as much as possible.
• Joe Rogan comes on. Joe finishes his drug story about him and Doug Stanhope, and explains that they were taking DMT, which is a really intense drug. Joe brought in a CD for them from a rapper called “Gangster Fag”. Op says they will play the CD when they get back to NY. Jon Favreau joins the gang. He talks to them about tournaments he has played in before. They say goodbye to Ant because it’s time for him to go to his table.

• Op says it’s now the Opie show, be/c Ant is getting ready to head over to his table. They talk to Ant just before he heads over to his table, and he says he saw Ed Asner in the bathroom.
• Rich Vos comes on air and tells them that they just got a picture with James Woods. Vince Van Patten also joins them, and Jimmy gets him with the friend gag, which makes Rogan giggle like crazy. Vince leaves, and they wave at Ant over at his table. Ant gives them the “I’m done” sign, because apparently he is at a table with a pro called “Min the Master”. Op says that Ant looks nervous as hell. Ben tells them the other people that are at Ant’s tables – Camryn Manheim, some guy from ER. Joe Rogan is distracted by a hot chick walking around. Joe Rogan talks about the sensory deprivation tank that he has.
• CSK comes over to say that another pro has joined Ant’s table, and that more celebrities have joined the games.
• Op asks Jimmy about his porno shoot, he says that it didn’t happen because the girl had to get up early for a day job. He says she was supposed to use a “pussy pump”, and they explain what that is to Rogan. Op says it has to do with them running out of things to show in porno, and Rogan starts talking about other weird things like body modification. CSK comes on with a Jewish joke *crash*. Joe Rogan says he could easily get hooked on Poker, because he was hooked on the multiplayer game “Quake”, and Op says he is hooked on solitaire on his Treo. Op tells his story of playing against 8 year olds in online chess. Rogan also says that now he knows a lot of porn stars, and Jimmy says he pulled a train with Ron Jeremy once.
• Ben gives an update on Ant, saying that he says he is folding a lot.

• Chris Palladino, from ER, who was at Ant’s table loses and comes over to talk to them. Jimmy gets him with the friend gag. Rogan starts talking about comics who steal material, like the comedian “Ant”. He explains how he got into an argument with Buddy Hackett on Last Comic Standing.
• CSK says that so far Ant is doing pretty ok. The guys start talking about what lines they use on chicks.

Rogan asks him if he thinks about some other guy gorilla fucking her. He leaves and they thank him for coming in.
• Dean Cain, former Superman comes on the show. Jimmy ask him how long he has been doing the Superman show, even though it’s been off the air 10 years. Rogan asks him about the “Superman curse”.

• Ant comes over, during a 10 minute break, and he says that he is doing pretty well. He says that Camryn Manheim is playing really well, and that his table has a lot of pros. Jennifer Tilly comes over and joins the show. She talks about how she is playing, and that her man has taught her a lot. Jimmy gets her with his friend gag. They try to get her to do the Jimmy hair gag, but she doesn’t bite. She tells them goodbye, and Op and Rogan says she has a bunt. Ant comes back, after taking a leak, and they tell him that Op pissed off Ed Asner. Jimmy says that Ed Asner called Op a WASP.
