I noticed the search button has disappeared from my toolbar on Wackbag. Did Stingray disable it because of server load? I use it to sometimes look for an old discussion I knew happened and can't find it again.

I use it to sometimes look for an old discussion I knew happened and can't find it again.The afternoon shows have created high traffic. Some features are disabled during that time.
All the normal stuff will be back when the board slows down.:action-sm

Yes, searches, the who's online section at the bottom of the main page, sigs, and avatars are removed during heavy traffic times to conserve bandwidth and help the board load faster.

correct but it's not to conserve bandwidth (got 350 gigs a month), Its to lessen the load on the CPU and RAM of the server so the board doesnt crash..

Looks like it going to be time to upgrade to the more powerful machine very soon!

Thanks, But im going to save that option for when I have to go full dedicated.. I wouldnt put up a donation button unless I really had to. That day may come.. but I'm good for now.

I wouldn't know, I have sigs and avatars disabled. :action-sm I find that they disrupt the flow of discussion if I'm trying to quickly read through a thread and its responses.
