I havent seen it on any site yet, but I saw it on the news.. It's a lot of great footage of the classroom ceiling, with a few shots of the teacher. You don't see the teacher kick the chair out from under the kid.

If that was my kid not standing for the pledge I would beat his head in. That teacher probably served in the military or something or just respects the country unlike half the liberal fucks we have around here. He is probably gonna get in trouble for that too. It makes me fucking sick. Are parents just getting shittier at being parents?

These fools got what they had coming to them

(Brick Township, Long Island -WABC, March 3, 2005) — Now an exclusive report - three teens are under arrest for a vandalism spree, and Eyewitness News has obtained video of the rampage. We first introduced you to one of the accused earlier this week in another case also involving videotape.
We've been telling all week about these students who caught their teacher's classroom outburst on tape but it turns out that wasn't all they were taping. Brick Township Police have charged three teenagers with criminal mischief for smashing their neighbors Christmas decorations with baseball bats.
t's a homemade music video that the teenagers titled "A Pure Ownage Christmas." Laced with violence and profanity, the rock video features a group of teenagers destroying Christmas decorations on people's front lawns. Snowmen a toppled, gingerbread men decapitated. The owner of one house - who does not want her identity revealed, had her two reindeer smashed to smithereens.

"I think that it's a great neighborhood community and it's shame that somebody's got to ruin it and then kind of brag about it."

Brick Township Police found the Christmas video on a website operated by 18-year-old Corey Zappo - the same website where Zappo and his friends posted the now famous hidden camera video of their electronics teacher lashing out in class.

 GOOD!!!!!

[edit]More:
Lt. Douglas Kinney, Brick Township Police: "They are responsible for their own demise. I mean they posted it on their site. They drew attention to their site, then we took a look at it and took the appropriate action."

This afternoon Zappo and and two 17-year-olds were each charged with four counts of criminal mischief in connection with the alleged Christmas vandalism spree. Police say Corey is the young man in the video dressed up in the Santa costume.

The Zappo family had no comment today, but earlier this week Corey's father Peter said he supported his son's video productions.

Peter Zappo, Suspect's Father: "I sit by my son. It was his website and I felt he was entitled to put anything on there which was appropriate to an extent."

Brick Township Police say this video crossed the line, and they say they received multiple complaints this holiday season about decorations destroyed. Police expect the teens will face additional charges, especially if it turns out those pranks were caught on tape too.

All three teenagers charged were released to the custody of their parents. Because this Christmas video was shot at night it is hard to identify who is who. I asked Brick Police today how they can identify these three teens and they say they conducted multiple interviews with other teens and they are confident they arrested the right people.
