Why hasn't Breuer been on the new show? I heard he had his own show on the "doggy" show, any truth?

Absolute truth. Brewer's on the doggie hard comedy channel (specifically, Raw Dog, channel 147), and thus is contractually barred from appearing on XM:
Jim Breuer’s Unleashed
Weekdays 4 pm - 6 pm ET
Rebroadcast 9 pm - 11 pm ET
Prepare yourself for comedy in its newest, most revolutionary form. Jim Breuer has already established himself as a powerful comedian through his incredible stand-up performances, from four years as a cast member on Saturday Night Live, and his numerous movie roles. Now Jim Breuer Unleashed, featuring his friends and family, comes to Raw Dog // 147 every afternoon night to make that long ride home go by a little faster.
I've never understood the point of these sorts of contractual bans. It's not like someone who hears Breuer on O&A is going to suddenly abandon XM, go blow $150 or more on Sirius receivers and switch platforms. Likewise, if O&A showed up on Breuer's show, would a Doggie subscriber throw out all their hardware to jump to XM? The whole thing is so stupid.

Yeah, he has a show on Sirius. It may be in his contract that he can't do any XM shows (Opie and Anthony).
By far, he's my favorite guest on the O&A show.

That really blows!!! But no contract can keep them from doing live shows together. I was at "The Passion of O&A" show and Breuer killed!!! There was alot of love on that stage too!!! And I'm thinking it won't be long before Breuer realizes where he belongs.... hope he only signed a one year contract..... Punching out!!!

It really is bullshit. How often is an actor who does a show on a different TV network unable to do an appearance on one of the late night talk shows? These stipulations are an embarassment. How ridiculous is it that there are these strict rules on satellite radio? Apparantly, alot of rules haven't changed at all. What the hell is wrong with everyone. This is completely abysmal.

Breuer is the best. Whenever he was on the old show it was like the whole crew was a bunch of 12 year olds hanging out in a basement.

My own little wish...with all the money the lil doggy is throwing at the nose, I wish they would cut Breuer, just so the boys could bring him over to the dark side.

he would obviously love to be on the show but he's not gonna sacrifice his own career. He has a wife and kid to support. Doing a radio show for ol' money pinata is a lot more lucrative than doing just gigs.

I love on the wnew show when Breuer and the boys were talking about somebody taking acid and getting lost in a small lot of woods for hours. They may have been talking about Breuer personally, but I don't remember
