I've never heard of any state giving out paper ID's anymore because of identity theft.. 49 states (not Alaska) now have digital (credit card) licenses, and you can't just get a "temporary" paper license, you have to get a genuine replacement. If the court takes your license, DMV will give you a state ID - it looks just like a license but it says ID ONLY all over it.

Ron & Fez are O&A's friends from WNEW.. They're now on WJFK in DC after WNEW went to crap, and rumors are abound that XM has bought out their contract and they will soon join 202.. They used to do shows together called AFRO

Ron and Fez do a very unique and entertaining show out of DC. They used to be on the same station as O&A here in NYC before the station went further downhill. They are good friends of O&A and are rumored to be on XM soon on O&A's channel. O&A have been dropping hits about getting the band back together and dropping "hooaahh" clips which ron and fez drop all the time. After I played the "dan and dan" show they dropped another hint by saying that the "dan and dan" show seem very good and they like the way that show runs and maybe would be a good show to put onto channel 202.
