Can the O&Army get the phones fixed?

Every day I hear O&A complaining about the phones, and I think they're right for doing it. I just want to know who we (the listeners) can email, or call, or just harass in general to get the fucking phones fixed (among some of the other hundreds of technical problems).

An email address would be great, like e.lo@xmradio perhaps?? I dunno, just throw me a bone here, I'd like to do my part, I feel like I'm getting shortchanged because the guys can't do the radio show they want to because of the damn equipment. Its not fair to the guys, and its not fair to us.

Hopefully someone who knows will read this and we can get something done.

I think a thousand emails in someone's inbox might get things rolling along, eh?

Yeah, it probably would, but it defintitely would not be unfounded.. I called in today with the continuation of the BGB.. You can hear the show fine over the phone while you're on hold, but as soon as they click you on the air the sound level goes waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down.

They are suppose to be sending the A team up to look at it and get it fixed. If that does not work, then send a polite email, but I would wait to see if the A-team comes through for the bbboys.

This isn't a bad idea. Even if you haven't called in and your simply annoyed by the fact that you have to listen to the boys complain everyday on top of the fact that the phones not working detracts from the show which we're all paying for. As customers of XM, we have the right to listen to a top-notch radio program or complain about it if we're not getting it. But yes, be courteous to these two. If you just feel like being an ass and sending pictures of guys' hogs or whatever, just send those to ben.sparks@xmradio.com, NOT to the bigwigs!

think of a scale. on one side you have volume, and the other side you have garble. more volume means garble, less volume means no garble. the phones just need a post gain. i don't think emailing xm higher ups will have any effect other than pissing them off. relax, it'll all be taken care of soon.

I just think its funny how a company can send a signal into outer space, beam it back to millions of receivers, and have it play out of a radio can't figure out how to fix a phone. but i do enjoy opie getting pissed, it makes me laugh.
