Since O & A have had most of the comedians from Carolines, maybe they can have Mitch Hedberg on the show this week. I don't know how hard it would be to get him up that early but hey if they got valby in studio why not. Ive never heard him off stage so im guessing it might be interesting.

Mitch is one of my favorite comedians. I remember early on in the XM days the boys talking to someone that said Mitch health wasnt the greatest.

I'd love to hear Hedberg on the show. He's one of my favorite comedians. He has a very unique style though, alot of people don't like him. they just don't get it.

Mitch is so incredibly funny. I've seen him 4 times and once in the front row. He asked my wife a question and she said if her brother was there he would be flipping out so Mitch had us call him and he left a message on my Brother-in-law's voicemail. We still pass it back and forth to keep it alive...

yeah i reserved tix for his sunday show. It was Lynch that was talking about him on the show. he was touring with him at the time.

went to see hedberg. They say to get there an hour early. We got their only 25 minutes early and got shut out. We were next to get in so the guy gave us a comp pass to the late show which was ed lover and friends. Sucks that it wasn't hedberg but i would just like to give carolines props for handling the situation
I love Mitch's stuff. One thing that Opie mentioned, about the rumors concerning Mitch's health. In the liner notes on his current CD, "Mitch All Together" he thanks various people. One group he thanks is "people who start rumors."
So, I am guessing that it is part of the act. But, who knows. I just think the guy is a great stand-up. Hell, the "3 easy payments" bit alone is worth the price of the CD in my book.

Saw Hedburg at the Borgata with Lynch recently. Great show, IMO.
I'd like to hear him on O&A.

He talked to my brother on the phone after his Buffalo show... worst part was my bro had no idea who Mitch was!

Since it's all about opinions and sharing them...put me in the category of "don't like him."

Mitch is on XM Comedy 150 a lot. I've been hearing him on there for years and I'm kinda surprised Opie didn't really know who he was. They always play clips from the set he did while making one of his cds (with the bass in the background). Good stuff ie/ 'Mitch let me show you a picture of me when I was younger', Mitch: 'every picture of you is from when you were younger'

I've loved Mitch for years. His jokes are so simple, yet outstandingly clever.

Wow, stellar, just phenomenal material....10 days...too long...."ha ha ha ha, that's terrific, that's terrific." Mitch can suck a dead baby's dick.

2 cds, both great, 2nd one is better though, with better material and better sound quality. "This is my second cd, it will be in stores. The only way you can find my first cd in stores is if i take it there and leave it. 'Sir I think you left this.' No that is for sale.....please alphabetize it."

Opie didn't say he didn't know who he was, theyve mentioned him plenty of times. He doesn't know him personally is what he was saying.
Mitch is definitely one of my all-time favorite comedians. I love his unique style and bizzare observations.
